Designed by Form Design Architecture Ltd, this duplex penthouse is received high appraise of architects and designers.
From the design to the light and the arrangement of furniture – all of them make this penthouse perfectly. The duplex penthouse spreads over a surface of 230 square meters and practice with the living area and entrance on the upper level, while the lower floor contains the sleeping section. Penthouse features a frameless glass overhead that brings abundant light indoors. The drum has a marble plaster lining and it opens into the living space.



The duplex contains a study with its own shower so that it could become a second bedroom and the two floors are connected via a helical stair inside the top-lit drum that gives access to the master bedroom which is equipped with a dressing, a spa-like bathroom that has a timber bath and wet room shower.



The lower floor also contains a second children’s bedroom and a utility room and the fire engineered Means of Escape led to a larger open plan living area that would be just as safe. The project won the Best apartment Award at the 2013 London Evening Standard New Homes.

The project is estimated at a value of 400 million dollars, making it the most expensive apartment in the world and a single parking space at the Odeon Tower costs more than a typical American home. The penthouse will be available for purchase only next year and there will certainly be a race for it in a state where one in three residents are millionaires.



The penthouse has a water slide extending from the upper floor down to the circular infinity swimming pool and aside from this one there are several additional pools as well as a health center and in-house catering.
